At Arnold's Pump Club, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your training standards, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our member portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
